Re: Beja show serials required

Missing in that list:
AB.212 5D-HH, 5D-HI, 5D-HQ
B.429 EC-OFS
Gabri G2 EC-HIX
Emb.314 PT-ZTU
Do.228 C-FPSH
SE.3160 9254 (cockpit only)

And 17401 is a Falcon 50, not a 900.

Re: Beja show serials required

I didn't bother with them as I don't need anything of the three teams. But also scrolling the different Portuguese Facebook groups only got me one Swiss serial: J-3088. Nothing else readable from pictures I am afraid.

Re: REQ: C-130’s and C295’s at Montijo-BA6 2024

I have not heard that and that may change again after all. The new government has now firmly decided on the new Lisbon airport in Alcochete, which may mean the whole Montijo idea is no longer needed. But that's just my hunch, I have not seen any official info about the future plans for Montijo.

Re: REQ: C-130’s and C295’s at Montijo-BA6 2024

Allright. On Friday the 16806 was pinning on ADSB and I saw it landing at Montijo that day. Is it correct that this one has a special paint tail? Just as an interesting confirmation, according to this article the 16806 was delivered back to Montijo exactly on Friday the 3rd of May! http://www.passa...

Re: Helicopter carrying Iranian President Raisi crashes

From the beginning of the crash it was send out a wrong picture from the crash. The iranian source send out a picture of a crash from 2020 with the airplane 1136. I am not entirely sure why you bring this up here, because that's not even a picture of a helicopter (Cessna 206) and is not mentioned b...

Re: Helicopter carrying Iranian President Raisi crashes

This is claimed to be a picture of the helicopter that crashed. If so, it looks to be a B.212 indeed: https://x.com/sentdefender/status/1792224651201917430/photo/1 However, it is also reported there were three helicopters of which one crashed, the other two reportedly landed savely. In that case I w...

Sorry, can't really help with those. Even though only 12, that's too many and I don't really have a good look on where they are all the time. By the way, are you still near Lisbon? Because last Friday ERJ.135BJ KE3605 of the Indian Border Security Forces made a first test flight from Alverca. Will p...

The stretched ones are the 1, 2 (stored in camo) and the 6 (with the special tail). The 5 was likely also at Montijo on Sunday given its recorded flights in Lisbon. So those are likely your 3 then (1,5,6).

Re: REQ: C-130’s and C295’s at Montijo-BA6 2024

It certainly did, it is has been at LIS almost every day in May, making runs to the islands. Usually either a Herc, C295 or the KC-390 comes in in the morning from their home base, flies to one of the islands, then comes back in the evening again before the hop back to home base. In fact I can see t...

Re: REQ: C-130’s and C295’s at Montijo-BA6 2024

If you caught a camo Herc it is the 16802 (stored at Montijo for quite some time already): https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/8744993 And furthermore 16806 has been a test bed for an upgrade for a long time already and mostly at Alverca these days. However... last week I have seen it pinging from Monti...

Re: REQ: s/n F-104 or fake near Arnhem

First time I see it, but it looks a bit small to me. Measuring it with Google maps ruler shows a length of roughly 8 meters, while a real life Starfighter is 16 meters. Without pictures of the thing it is just a guess, but my guess is it just a scale model (half scale roughly).

Re: Port visits Lisbon (Portugal)

Been awhile since I could post one, but we have another carrier in Lisbon. The ITS Giuseppe Garibaldi arrived this morning and is tied down next to Santa Apolonia railway station. On deck were two MH-101As (or UH-101As) MM81633/2-18 (at the back), MM81636/2-21 (at the front). The front one was too d...

Test registration PT-ZHP, that makes it according to the Brazilian register c/n 39000014.

Re: Lisbon - 23-24/01/2024 (CIV)

LATAM Brasil B777 are not that familiar sight at Lisbon. But what was not common for sure, was to have 2 LATAM widebodies (the other was CC-BGF) departing one after the other, in the early afternoon. They never were indeed, but they are this winter. LATAM has a daily B77W flight and a 4-weekly B789...
