There is a video with an F15 landing with one wing..

Difference is that the F-15 had a partial lifting body, which combined with the amount of thrust that those engines produce, is enough to compensate for the loss of lift from the wing.

With this video (aside from the fact that it has already been revealed as a viral ad campaign for Killathrill, a German fashion company), if the wing of a actual aircraft separated, the remaining wing would be on the outside of the spin, as it's still providing lift.
Probably a combination of an RC aircraft and some decent video editing.
