Great Dane Airlines declared bankrupt

On 11 October, Great Dane Airlines was declared bankrupt and as a result ceased all operations with its three ERJ195s. The airline, which had its base at Aalborg, was founded in 2018 and offered charter and ACMI-flights. According to a press-release, the Corona-pandemic resulted in too big financial difficulties to overcome and continue to operate.

Its three ERJ195s are now parked at Billund (OY-GDA, 19000213 and OY-GDC, 19000204) and Copenhagen (OY-GDB, 19000184).
