Nordic Aviation Group to add A320neos

The Nordic Aviation Group has announced it will be expanding its fleet with the Airbus A320neo. The Group, which is the holding company for Nordica and Xfly, will be adding four A320neos.

The four Airbuses will be used by the company to operate flights for an, at this stage, unknown European company and will be based at Hamburg and Munich. Delivery is expected to happen in March 2023, just in time for the new summer season and the Airbuses will be operated on the Air Operator's Certificate of Nordica.

With these four A320neos, the Nordic Aviation Group's fleet is expanding to a total of 21 aircraft. Today, Nordica is flying one Airbus A320, while Xfly is operating a fleet of seven ATR72-600s (six for SAS, one for TAP Air Portugal) and nine CRJ900s (two for Nordica, seven for SAS).
