Nose wheel collapse for BA B787 at Heathrow

On 18 June, while being prepared for its next flight at Heathrow, British Airways B787-8 G-ZBJB (msn 38610) suffered a sudden nose wheel collapse and ended up with its nose on the tarmac. No one was injured in the incident but the aircraft has sustained some damage.

The Dreamliner's last flight was on 16 June when it operated BA881 from Moscow-Domodedovo to London-Heathrow. It was delivered new to BA on 26 June 2013.
