On 25 October 2025, relief organization Samaritan's Purse began operating its newly acquired Boeing B767-300F N367SP (33510). It conducted a flight between Greensboro (NC) and Tel Aviv with aid supplies for Gaza.

Samaritan's Purse took delivery of the aircraft in February this year and has been preparing it and its staff over the last months. It has been acquired to replace its Douglas DC-8-72CF N782SP (46013), which has been withdrawn from service on 20 September 2025 and is now parked at Greensboro.

Next to its new B767-300F, the organization also operates a single Boeing B757-200PCF, one Cessna 408, one Falcon 900LX, one Gulfstream G550, two CASA 212s, one Beach 200, two Beach 350s, one DHC-3, one Kodiak 200, various Cessna and Piper-aircraft, one Bell 407 and two Bell 412s.
