Usually I receive it on the tuesday. But currently with the performance of TNT I think I am happy if it will arrive this week at all!

nothing wrong with the deliver performance of TNT :twisted: if its send (by scramble) we have to deliver within 24 hours.

Indeed TNT was, this time, not the problem. We had some printing problems which resulted in a delay of one day. Our mailing company tried to send the magazines in time but he did not make it. It was a matter of hours.

So Wednesday our Dutch subscribers will receive the November issue.

ik doelde puur op de bezorging.
er is wel verschil tussen 24-uurs post en 48-uurs post. ik weet niet waar Scramble onder valt maar ik neem aan 24-uurs post.

er wordt bij TNT echt nauwkeurig gemeten (extern bureau) of dit ook gehaald wordt en op dit moment zit TNT landelijk boven de norm van 95% op tijd bezorgd.

Bezorging is een deel van de service van TNT. Dat gedeelte gaat dus in meer dan 95% van de gevallen goed. Maar er zijn nog meer elementen die binnen de service van TNT valt en of die ook zo goed scoren...ik betwijfel het.

Ter info we vallen binnen 48 uurs post, we moeten ook op de kleintjes letten ;-) Normalitair worden de magazines vrijdagmiddag aangeboden bij TNT en dinsdag bezorgt, deze keer maandagmiddag aangeboden bij TNT, woensdag bezorgt.

Niet helemaal on-topic, maar gewoon een nieuwsgierig vraagje:

hoe werkt dat eigenlijk voor Duitsland?
Mij valt namelijk op dat er altijd een Duitse postzegel opzit, met een poststempel in Berlijn.

De magazines voor Duitsland worden in Duitsland op de post gedaan. Ook weer vanwege kosten overwegingen. Het adresseren gebeurt in Nederland door de mannen van de raapavond.

Wel raar dan dat er voor Duitsland niet een apart tarief is (en voor Belgie wel).

Klopt helemaal. Belgie heeft een apart tarief, terwijl Duitsland gewoon onder Europa valt.
