Not very likely, as there is no KLu F-16 solo display this year. Now that the Dutch Hunters are flying again, the Hunter F6A could very well be the jet performing at KB.

Rumour has it that the airshow will see a different layout without static parking at the runway.... no idea how for now.

Time will tell.

That would be nice! Can only visit Kleine-Brogel on wedsnesday. Thursday I will be heading for the USA West Coast Tour

I received an email that for security reasons no information will be given concerning arrivals for the Belgian Airforce Days

Wow nice. Typical nowadays. Arranging Spotterday's for nothing. "MOST participants will arrive on Wednesday and Thursday":
If that's a fact, guess it will be the last time attending such day's for a lot of aviation enthusiasts. :grumble:

It really wasn’t different the last time at KB or Florennes, we missed quite a few aircraft then too. So I am a little surprised about the reactions here, it really isn’t new and very common these days to see the flying participants arrive early.

My biggest frustration then was that some aircraft that did come in on Friday took an early exit and therefore remaining out of range for those attending the spottersday.

Oh please guys, get real!
You are complaining about assumptions that are in the future and may or may not become true!
If you don't like the challenge or the surprise, why not joint the civil scene? (no offense intended).

Is there already a map available of the base? I'd like to figure out the best location for pictures :-)

A little bit of topic: In general, if one would be satisfied with 5-10% of the aircraft not seen; you see 90-95% more than when staying at home.

I do this hobby now for 35 years or so, and circumstances have never been so good as nowadays (taken into account the progress of photographic equipment). There was however this line-up of 40 starfighters on Koksyde once... 8)
