Incident: Transavia B738 near Amsterdam on Nov 2nd 2018, air conditioning problem

A Transavia Boeing 737-800, registration PH-HZD performing flight HV-5779 from Groningen (Netherlands) to Tenerife South,CI (Spain),
was climbing out of Groningen when the crew stopped the climb at FL290
due to a problem with the air conditioning and decided to divert to Amsterdam.

The aircraft landed safely on Amsterdam's runway 27 about 35 minutes later.

KL1705/KLM11S AMS-MAD PH-BXT is boven België weer omgekeerd richting Schiphol. PH-BXF staat klaar als vervanging (STD 1940)

Een militair toestel van de Portugese luchtmacht
moest dinsdag een voorzorgslanding maken op Schiphol.
Dat bevestigde een woordvoerster van de luchthaven desgevraagd.

De C295 landde dinsdag aan het eind van de middag op Oostbaan op Schiphol.
Op het platform stonden vier brandweerwagens en twee ambulances klaar voor het geval dat.

KL1057 PH-EXV E190 AMS-BRS is boven de Noordzee weer omgekeerd geriching Schiphol. Geland op 18C.

Typisch Telegraaf weer en typisch weer zo'n zeurende Hollander aan boord die het allemaal wel denkt te weten en contact legt met juist... de Telegraaf. Misschien morgen ook nog even bij Hart van Nederland op SBS6 :evil:

K3? Bij bedoeld CAT-III en als dat de reden was, dan heeft de crew vast wel verteld dat er vanwege het weer niet geland kon worden op CDG. Dit is altijd een risico, kan je niet 100% verwijten aan een airline. Misschien waren de navigatie-systemen op CDG niet toereikend om het toestel te laten binnenkomen, of was de technische staat en/of uitrusting van de 777 niet toereikend. En wellicht de crew niet.

Logische keuze in ieder geval om uit te wijken naar Amsterdam. Een andere basis van deze airline met personeel en afhandeling, en genoeg mogelijkheden om passagiers (indien nodig) naar CDG door te sturen.

Storm in een glas water dus en niks om over in het duister te tasten!

Incident: KLM E190 at Amsterdam on Nov 15th 2018, loud bang and vibrations on departure

A KLM Embraer ERJ-190, registration PH-EXV performing flight KL-1057 from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Bristol,EN (UK),

A passenger reported that just before becoming airborne
there was a loud bang followed by severe vibrations until becoming airborne.

The passenger was subsequently told there had been damage to the right hand engine (CF34),
the engine failed after landing while being inspected by emergency services on the runway.

The item order in your quote is a bit confusing. To avoid that for anyone: this

of course took place after landing back at Schiphol.

I received part of an ACARS message to UA947 AMS-IAD, which was still on the ground, talking about a medical diversion for a flight attendant with chest pains. Maybe related?
