Think so, saw it over Amsterdam (N-E course). Too far away/too short to be sure about model though.

It could be a different one because the flight direction is different. My brother saw to F-16's fly in NE-direction. The J-021 flew SE.

There were 2 F-16's flying over the field , turning more north according to my viewing point along the A-5. Couldn't see them very long due to the clouds.
No F-16's visible at ADSB except J-021 heading south.

I only heard an aircraft/fighter pass over Schiphol East, seemingly on her way South... but the direction of the sound could have been affected by the presence of several fairly tall buildings here (offices, hangars etc).
