In addition to the previous posts, new frequencies already in use at Schiphol airport are:

121.980 Delivery (was 121.975)
121.655 Planner (was 121.650 Start-up)
132.980 ATIS arr (was 132.975)
122.205 ATIS dep (was 122.200)
131.355 OPS info (was 131.530)
plus three EHAM ATC stand-by freq's and more with Apron Control (airport) and Aera Control (A'dam Radar).
Pending changes will be into effect soon for Schiphol Approach and we will update our Airfield Guide accordingly.

As you can see, it has been made possible to keep changes to such a minimum that scanner listeners are indeed expected to notice no difference. Hopefully it will stay that way and no new freq's will interfere with these due to close proximity in the new bands.

Again, the actual frequencies do not change. No need to buy a new receiver for now, unless you want to listen to Eurocontrol. The 'old' frequencies at Schiphol are still the same. Just called differently. Maybe the conversion table below will make it a bit more clear.

OK, I finally get what you mean. In the above, 122.205 is actually 122.200 but in 8.33 kHz mode. Real new frequencies do exist but are not used here (yet), right?

Thanks for your help.

Correct. As far as I know, LVNL doesn't use actual 8.33kHz frequencies. They might in the future. Eurocontrol has been using them for quite some time though.

Hi. Have looked through this topic and might have missed it but does anyone have a link to the latest map of the airport showing all the current aircraft parking positions? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

It's not specifically mentioned here I think, but accessible through the menu option 'Where to GO?' above. The Schiphol airfield guide is here http://www.scramble.nl/airfield-guide/schiphol with our parking spot map via the panel at lower right there.

The next 'cosmetic changes' (see above) to Schiphol frequencies plus a real new one will be in effect as of 31 March:

121.7 will become 121.705 in instructions, being Ground 'south' including runway 06/24.
121.8 will become 121.805 in instructions, being Ground 'north + east' including runway 09/27, 18L/36R and 04/22.

121.560 will be the new frequency for Ground 'west' including runway 18R/36L.
Ground 'centre' is expected to be in force during several of the busiest hours each day, depending trials still to come.

118.275 will become 118.280 in instructions, being Tower 'west' for runway 18R/36L.
118.950 will become 118.955 in instructions, being Tower at ATC discretion (in practice).

Summer peak planning schedule 2016 is here, as of 31 March. This is the basis for '2+1 runway use'.
There are at least four moments a day where '2+2' may be applied though: around 07:20, 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00LT.

0700 – 0720 LT
0720 – 0920 LT
0920 – 1100 LT
1100 – 1140 LT
1140 – 1300 LT
1300 – 1340 LT
1420 – 1500 LT
1500 – 1600 LT
1620 – 1720 LT
1820 – 2000 LT
2020 – 2200 LT

inbound - outbound

This is the leading time frame, variations may and will occur (also in 2+1).

Ik hoop dat je hoopt dat je er niet naast zit, en dat zit je ook niet. Uiteraard 07:20LT in het 2+2 - stukje. Aangepast in originele bericht.

Goedemorgen,
