Prime minister David Cameron will speech in the Netherlands today about the relation between EU and the UK.
The exact location of his speech is unknown for security reasons and will be revealed at the latest moment.
The Telegraph mentions Amsterdam as city so Schiphol is most likely.

He cancelled his visit to the Netherlands due to the problems in Algeria.
Net in het nieuws..
Bezoek is gecancelled vanwege de problemen in Algerije.

Might be a bit of speculation but flights to London are disrupted by heavy snow..maybe some diversions to be expected.
