Which CASA departed from 28 at around 1430LT? It looked grey/grey Polish when it passed me directly overhead.

Correct, start up was originally as 'SQF 2718', including taxiing. But it vacated the runway while ATC filed a new flightplan. New callsign was 'SQF 101', which it used during its actual take-off at 1310LT.

Around that time was the 013 comming in for full stop, the 026 was depart at 13.41hr.
