In answer to the question on Orange (although it should move to a different topic perhaps): Although runway repairs there are now completed, not all jets have returned yet from their temporary bases (mainly Solenzara and Istres) so flying activity may not be back to normal yet
Yes alright I'm sorry, but it was relevant to the Istres show thread, but before the moderator moves it, has anyone else noticed MS760 Paris number 118 with the preserved a/c at the gate? And no, nothing flew Friday 12 thru 14.00, although I did hear an engine run whilst at the museum.

At Orange they never fly between 12-14h. Nomally 9h30/10 till 12h, then a long French lunch break, and again from 14/14h30 till the end of the afternoon.

Also noted in restricted CEV area was Mirage 2000N 316 preserved at their entrance... while with the EPNER buildings Mirage IIIB 234 was seen preserved and Alouette III 1101/AR was parked in a sorry state.
With the tanker area also seen was KC-135R 62-3559 (92nd ARW?) and Mildenhall ones 63-8021/D and 38884/D.

Cheers
