Can you translate the stickers seen on several aircraft (probably rehearsing) at Hyakuri?
Is this the 10th time the Military Review is taking place? Has "SAKURA" anything to do with this?
Ah... the sticker means "10th anniversary of the (change to) MINDEF".
Japan Defence Agancy(Bouei-chou) had changed(upgraded) to Ministry of Defence(Bouei-syou)
10 years ago. So they celebrate it.
"-chou" is smaller organization than "-syou".
The sticker says in Japanese "Bouei-syou-Ikou 10-syunen"
Bouei: defence
syou: ministry or department
Bouei-syou(or Boei-syo) : MINDEF
Ikou : "change to" or "move to" or "shift to"
10 : ten
syunen(or shunen) : anniversary.
