The just printed Scramble SMS includes the same data as the on-line database info: http://www.scramble.nl/frbase.htm

1311/BDA and 1175/BDM were last noted as such mid 2006, 1176 crashed before that.

the code is changed (bda) from helicopter! it used to be 1311/BDA now the 1175 cot the code BDA

at my picture it looks that the 1175 had a other number in the past and the 5 looks like a 6 but that is maybe the angle of the picture and thanx to the rain

for better look up

You're probably right. If you look closely at the code "BDA" in your picture, you will notice that the letter "A" has a different tone from the other two; it looks "more white", so to say. Just my two cents: 1175/BDM recently changed into 1175/BDA. French AF and Army are not in the habit of changing c/n based registrations (1175); however, they DO change codes! More so with fighters than with other types, but they do.

Pave Low III

Post by Stafsels »

Hi all,

Question:

The USAFE Pave Low III was this an MH-53J or MH-53M?
Is it is the M-one, what is the difference with the J-version?

Greetings,

Henk
