The carrier will depart friday-evening on on saturday morning.
If possible could some kind soul advise on the message board when or if the vessel has departed the port.
Saves a lot of people (including me) a wasted trip into the port of Marseille tonight or tomorrow morning.

Thanks

Hi,

The exact locations of the ships at the rade of Hyeres can be found in this document (from french defense)
http://www.premar-mediterranee.gouv.fr/ ... 010-73.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The locations:
Charles the Gaulle 43 04,00N - 6 12,50E
USS Truman 43 04,86N - 6 14,50E
Asturias 43 05,30N - 6 12,50E
Argus 43 05,80N - 6 13,40E
Other ships: Forbin (FR), Foudre (FR), USS Normandy (US) and Hessen (GE).

This is in the bay of Hyeres in the center directly in front of Hyeres air base.
The locataions are reserverd from 12 june 10:00 until 13 june 21.00.
So expect all ships gone before 13 june 21:00.

This information was available on internet since 8 june.

Hope it helps someone.

best regards, Mark
