It's not "another" number like the serial of the aircraft. It's special marking for the 31 FW = Fighter Wing Commander (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/31st_Fighter_Wing) and the 31st OG = Operations Group Commander.philippe1980 wrote:nice pictures, I also have a question ( for everyone)
