Went down tonite to get the 2 US NAVY F/A-18Fs that were transiting through Prestwick on there way
to Payerne in Switzerland, for a sales pitch I believe tankered by an Omega Tanker

Sure they are already delivered?

I suppose, they still belong to Boeing and are of course flying with pilots from Boeing

Yes they have both been delivered, I saw 169653 operational with VFA-106 in February.
Boeing generally bail-back aircraft from the USN for these sorts of deployments

These Hornets coming back through Prestwick after there stint in Switzerland any idea when that will be ?
