Maryland Eastern Shore - Easton, Salisbury, Ocean City Sep. 20

Post by VH3D »

Hello,

This past weekend I visited 3 small airports on the Maryland's Eastern shore.
First stop was Easton airport where the highlight was F-104. The only other thing on the ramp by the terminal was Civil Air Patrol Gippsaero GA-8.

Next stop was Salisbury airport. About 30 minutes drive from Easton. That airport used to have 6 or 7 stored US Airways Express DHC-8-100s, but all of them are gone. It looked like they had 5 American Eagle ERJ-145s in the storage area. The general aviation area only had resident Sabreliner N42DC parked. The FedEx area had two C208 Cargomasters.

And the last airport of the day was Ocean City Municipal . Went there only to collect Huey on the stick in front of the hangars.

If you are in the area, it's worth to check the airports.
