Some 90s pictures of Leeuwarden AB

Hi all,

Because we didn't have a 80s and 90s photo-topic of Leeuwarden, I would like to start with some shots of mine. In 1995, 1996 and 1999 the US Navy took part in the FWIT and Frisian Flag exercises with their Tomcats and Hornets.

In October 1999 also two EA-6B Prowlers took part, here 163395/AB-501 taxiing to the runway just after a big rainshower

In the summer of 1993 two Angelholm F10 J35J DRakens passed Leeuwarden for a fuelstop on their way to a show in Ireland. Here 35586/62 on approach:

Brother 35589/48 taxxiing out after receiving new fuel:

In the summer of 1994 the KLu Open Dag was held here, with temperatures above 30°C this Czech Air Force MiG-23 Flogger flew a marvelous demo:
