And here more pics from my visit to the Chinese Zhuhai Airshow 2010. I have split it into a civilian part and a miltary part. Enjoy!

1. A beautiful J8 was in the static part but because of it length very difficult to capture

For comparison: an F-102 like the one at Kamp van Zeist/Soesterberg is only about two/three feet /75 cm shorter...
6. The Hongdu/AVIC L15 advanced trainer
The assistance given by Yakovlev OKB to Hongdu is readily apparent... :wink:

Is it me or are modern military aircraft rapidly becomming more ugly? :?

e.g. JF17, L7 or L15. :shock:

Luckilythere are still the J8, IL76, Y8 anf H6. 8)

Great set Peter, must be fun to see such rare birds !!! :respect:

Nice pictures!
The "heritage flight" aircraft only flew for about two days and then were taken away by Y8C 20145.

21.overview with the J8F Finback and ARJ21. The umbrella's are a common sight in China against the sun but a photographers nightmare.....

22. close up of a J10. What I noticed was the "Western" way of the ejection seat triangle and rescue arrows. Also the JH7 presented them like this, while the J8F carried Chinese writing warnings.
