In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Here some shots taken at the racing circuit in Assen that has been captured today via an air mobility assault of the Dutch Army 11 Luchtmobiele Brigade in conjunction with the exercise Falcon Autumn.

There are "white-outs", "brown-outs", and after today also "green-outs"...

I see the engine-filters of that Cougar were very useful today! :mrgreen:

Indeed!!! That first one is The shot! Very nice, nice detail on the grass ;)
Very thoughtful of the maintenance guys to mow the lawn before the exercise :P

As said by others, your first shot is fantastic! Have you also got a pic of the Chinook with sling creating a massive dust cloud late afternoon (when they aborted and landed elsewhere)? Would be interesting to see what happened, our view was blocked by the grandstand..

Love the low light shots DJ, nice composition with the sun blocked by the helicopter.
