Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Nasty accident... :(

But the roll-cage and/or crumple zone have done their work well, though. Hopefully the feet did not become jammed...

I'm not a fan of placing pictures of the actual accident, but it does give a strong perspective of what happened here....Since he/she hitted a tree, there was very minor absorption of energy, and looking at the images the speed was still on a rather high pace (he/she fainted, so probably no action could have been taken to decrease the speed)..... the forces and energy that comes free by the time of the impact, can cause even terminal damage to the inner part of the body (organs etc.), so don't get fooled by the construction of the car, that indeed looks like it has done its work.....

hopefully he/she get's out and recovers from this.

I agree to Menno, specially nr 2. As long as there is relation between aviation and subject, like nr.1, it makes more sense!
