Any view on the 50+85?!?! Is it still wfu in one of those Maintenance Hall's at Hohn, or already scrapped!?

The aircraft is parked near the tower, nowadays. According to the info of a friendly military member, the aircraft will be preserved at the main gate of the base, in the near future.
The aircraft is clearly visible from the outside and there's a good view on the "demilitarisation work" on it!!

Hi nice pic of the Huey, is it preserved at the airfield or the Kaserne?

The Huey is preserved on the ground from the Hugo Junkers Kaserne.

No, you have to go on base; for me it was no problem that day;
i ask at the security soldiers - they called an officer and then it was great pleasure for me to come on base and take some pictures...

From outside you can see the Huey only

Yes, you can see the Huey and the Noratlas from outside the fence. You have to approach the gate very closely to see the Huey, though.
