All Paul's webcams are realtime, or as close to realtime as possible.

So I stopped by but no helicopters.
Tomorrow when they leave, what is the chance the helicopters will be outside for departure?
How did they do that at Hamburg and Portsmouth?
Maybe I can give it a shot tomorrow morning.
Any h help is much appreciated.

The answer can be found with little effort, but anyway:

The helicopters: 26th Air Regiment, part of 9th Division (serials (or codes, whaever you prefer to call them) in the 9xx7 range)

The vessels: 18th Escort Task Group / Task Group 989
