Vandaag laatste F-16 opgeleverd door ‘Base Maintenance’ op Woensdrecht.

Naderen langzaam het einde van een tijdperk.

Voorlopig komt deze nog goed van pas met het uitvoeren van de twee belangrijkste taken van de krijgsmacht.

J-017 is already back at Volkel for quite some time, the J-515 with the special tail in the picture should be the last operational F-16 still at Woensdrecht.

Thanks again for the updates.

The J-515 received a temporary special tail to commemorate the last F-16 which will leave LCW Woensdrecht after maintenance by 980sq.

Both the J-014, J-020 and J-367 flew for the first time this year. The J-014 returned from Charleroi after receiving maintenance at the SABCA facilities while the J-367 took the opposite route.

There was more traffic to Charleroi as 3 wfu airframes were flown from Volkel to SABCA increasing the total stored Dutch F-16's on the Belgian airport to 15.

Just the badge in full color, no tailband applied.

If memory serves me right, J-871 is dismanteld and the fuselage transported in a container to the USA (following J-630)

Thanks Joost. Exactly what I know. Tought it was shipped to Draken for spare parts. Probably incorrect.
