Does anybody know why the PC7 demo was not done over the field today? It also looked quite different. The show ended with a wing-wiggle, as to say hi to somebody.

Next sunday is "Volkel in de wolken", maybe thats why.

It is in the village of Volkel.

Was vandaag in de buurt van Volkel en zag rond de klok van 10:45-11:00 een grote kist in de landing van Volkel. Wat was dat, en wie (serial) was dat?

Maybe a silly question but what is the reason for his visit? It is not a common visitor for European and especcialy Dutch airfields. Has it something to do with the performance of the Turkish Stars at the Open dag? Sounds not so logical because they have there own Turkish stars Hercules

Or is he bringing in some equipment for a coming deployment of Turkish fighters?

I personaly think the visit of this bird has something to do with preparations for the Tukish Stars demo at the upcomming opendays.
A Turkish C-160 is surely NOT a usual visitor for Volkel AB.
