Hi,
All expectations and news can be posted here.
Questions also allowed?

Will the F-15's operate from Leeuwarden or RAF Lakenheath? Or is this not known yet?

Leeuwarden!
They specially planned the FF2008 earlier because of the F-15's, when it was planned later in the year, they were not sure if they had any budget left to participate!

The French Rafales will be from EC1/7.
Today there was a premeeting for FF2008 and a A-jet from EC1/7 visited.

Hi,

Sounds logical. HH-60 from LN for CSAR part. Instead of UH-60 what are they going to do?

Nice HH-60!

Can we, based on earlier editions, expect transport aircraft from the foreign participants to bring in the groundcrew and spareparts?

Looking at previous editions and the TLP I think we can expect some support from the following countries.

Maybe some French support, for sure some Spanish support and no support from the other countries. But this is still a educated guess.
Assume makes an ASS of U and ME.

Frisian Flag.

Spanish F18's are cancelled and it is still not sure if the F15's will be stationed at Leeuwarden or that they will come for some lunchstops

In that case they can invite the finish airforce. They are also FF die hards.

The Finnish air force with F18's were among the first participants, but they also cancelled.
