Has it been announced where and when next years Aviadarts 2019 will be at ?

On this statement it says december 2019 and it seems it will be in the Crimea..
What i think is a bit strange because past years it was always the same period.

update:

Did some more research and in 2016 there was also a part of Aviadarts in the Crimea at Chauda (in july) , but also in Ryazan. So hopefully it will also be held at Ryazan...
