Post by Flyboy »

Last night three EC-130H's flew from Davis Monthan via Pittsburg to Bangor. They may do a US navigation exercise, but more likely is that they will appear in Europe in the next few days.

the winning numbers (through ADS-B):
73-1588 C130 AXIS13 AE1279
73-1583 C130 AXIS12 AE127C
73-1586 C130 AXIS11 AE127F

Can't remember which one, but at least one of the other two was crossing the Netherlands on it's way from Mildenhall to Ramstein yesterday.

Axis 12 and 13 past Nijmegen on Wendesday around 16.00 hours, about 10 minutes after each other.
Flying in southeast direction.
Not seen due to clouds, but very well hearable and visible on ADSB

73-1588 looks to be based now at Constanza, Romania. Now flying patterns over southern Bulgaria.

73-1583 at Siauliai. Now flying over Estonia, along the Russian borderline.

Nice additions to the already wide fleet of spy planes around.
