Dakar-Blaise Diagne is a fairly new airport (opened Dec 2017) about 50-55km east from downtown Dakar. The toll road helps a lot to move but as soon as you hit the Dakar suburbs one gets stuck in the horrendous traffic jams that Dakar is known for. Flights between Europe and Dakar (and back) are often late at night so photos are not easy at this poorly lit airport. Terminal building (similar as Abidjan) also doesn't allow for decent pictures and traffic is limited though a few interesting frames went into the books. No visible police or military in the terminal that bother the spotter.
