Both the FBI and U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations are looking into the incident where a UH-1 from 1St Hs was shot while low level over Middleburg,VA.The helicopter was about 1,000 feet when hit with gunfire injuring a crew member and damaging the aircraft,the helicopter declared an emergency and landed at nearby Manassas,VA airport,where they were met by FBI and Special Response Investigation team along with US Air Force officials.The crew member was treated and released from a local hospital and the investigation continues:
