Air Force Global Strike Public Affairs Jennifer Greene said in a statement."

Minor damage! I'm not sure that a restricted area for six miles in all directions and up to 8000 feet is warranted for minor damage. I suspect a runway excursion after landing with probable undercarriage collapse and the restricted airspace is there to stop press helicopters/aircraft flying over and taking photos...

Just my own thoughts.

That was an educated guess.
Indeed, looking at the shadow, revealing the posture of the aircraft, the damages should not be minor.
