Today informed Scramble about a Ka-27 fatal accident in Yelizovo airbase area.
The Naval Air Arm and Border Service FPS base around 11 Ka-27 (with rotors) together on base. They are certainly old. My loggins is also old.
For me is the FPS unit 5 OAO. The unit is the main unit for the hole Far Eastern area and they keep aircraft and helicopters for Yelizovoair air base and staging bases as Anadyr, Magadan, Providentia, etc.
In Baltic is several Ka-27 and Ka-29 lost in air accidents.
