The USAF database reports F-35A 16-5160 (AF-135) has been noted this month, wearing 15-5160. Does anyone know more about this? FY16 would mean it's a Lot 10 a/c. Was it moved to Lot 9 (FY15)?

Lockheed hits 2017 F-35 delivery target despite production hiccups

Lockheed Martin Corp said that it hit its 2017 target
to deliver 66 F-35 fighter jets to the U.S. and its allies last week,
despite production problems
as the defense contractor built 40 percent more jets this year.

In September and October,
the U.S. Defense Department halted shipments of F-35s for 30 days
after a production error allowed corrosion
to form around fasteners attaching body panels to the airframe.

The U.S. and its allies are negotiating an annual purchase of a batch of 141 planes.
As of Friday, they had more than 265 of the jets already flying.

The company is scheduled to deliver about 90 jets next year
and the Bethesda, Maryland-based weapons maker aims to nearly
triple annual production to more than 160 jets in 2023.

Does anyone already know the LRIP IX FMS numbers tie ups?

LRIP comprised of 42 A models:
26 USAF (FMS: 15-5118 through 15-5143 (AF-109 - AF-134)).
7 Israeli (FMS: unk (AS-3 - AS-9).
1 Italy (FMS: 15-5144 (AL-9).
2 Japan (FMS: unk (AX-5 and AX-6)).
6 Norway (FMS: 15-5145 through 15-5150 (AM-5 - AM-10)).

However the following have been noted as well: 15-5161 through 15-5164. Since they are FY15 are they additional orders under LRIP IX?

South Korea plans to buy 20 additional F-35 aircraft: report

South Korea plans to buy an additional 20 F-35A stealth fighter aircraft from the United States,
a South Korean newspaper reported on Thursday,
less than two months after U.S. President Donald Trump announced Seoul would be purchasing billions of dollars in new military equipment.

In 2014 South Korea formally announced a plan to buy 40 F-35As from American defense contractor Lockheed Martin.
