Ik think this is an W149 produced in Polen by Pzl. hence the Pzl custom fuselage marKing.

The Bussan customised fuselage suggests that the Busssan subsidiary in Japan has modified this airframe most likely for the AW subsidiary in Poland.

When i looked at the numbers on the second picture i noticed a number which could be the construction numbers: 41533
On www.rotorspot.nl/product/aw139.php the list stops at 41530.
So let's see where the 41533 turns up in a couple of months.
