Swiss AF Beech 1900D T-729 flying north of Frankfurt, might also come to Leeuwarden.

I guess the serial is 0219 and agl probably had a typo due to the Callsign being PLF117?

I haven't seen it leave, so guess it's still there, though that needs confirmation
