Today (19 March 2008):

U-05 Fokker 50 334sq couple of passes from 09.21 lt

Another one (same a/c?) made some passes around 11.15 lt

This NOTAM is surprising...
M0456/08 - NO PRACT APCH, STRAIGHT IN FULL STOP ONLY. 23 MAR 12:00 2008 UNTIL 23 MAR 14:00

L-07 PC-7 131(EMVO)sq one pass at 12.15lt and two more around 14.45 lt

Today (25 March 2008):

A79? Alouette 2 Belgian Army flew across the field (more or less) at 09.25 lt
S-... AS532U2 300sq saw it at 12.38 lt (not sure what it did actually..., t/o or a pass)

Assumed the Alouette 2 was the one that visited Leeuwarden.

i think you can assume that, because the chance of 2 allouette II's in dutch airspace on the same day is very small
YOU DON'T NEED WHITE LENSES IF YOU GOT A WHITE CAMERA.

i think you can assume that, because the chance of 2 allouette II's in dutch airspace on the same day is very small
I know, but it is 'code of conduct' to report what is actually read off and what is assumed.

260308 Alpha scramble?

Today at 10:10 two fully armed (live weapons AIM120 & AIM9M) F16AM took off from Volkel in what looked like an alpha scramble. Does anybody have any more info on this?

Could have been a tango scramble as well. They look the same... :wink:
