Wind is perfect for runway 25, what would they do directly 07 ? OR fly around and then 25...

I guess they will follow the standard flying procedures. ADSB shows PC7's using runway 25 this morning.

Yes they will be parked on the taxitrack at the northside.

NOTAM indeed mentioned that the northern taxiway is closed between Alpha and Charlie intersections (so from rwy07 end all the way up to the first intersection leading to the 131sqn area.
