E10E callsign/Rufzeichen

E10E callsign/Rufzeichen

I see those flights E10E1,2,3,4 on ADSB (C21, C130, KC135)
What stands the first "E" for?
AirEvac or MedEvac or...

AirEvac or MedEvac or...
Believe it is Evac, wheter it is AirEvac or MedEvac i am not sure.

If this callsign is being used it means this aircraft has a higher priority for air traffic control.
Furthermore if this callsign is being used, that particular aircraft may only be used for that purpose.
(But I have to admit, I am not sure if I am 100% correct on this..)
