Does anyone know untill when the Tonka's should stay at Nörvenich?

The Büchel NOTAMS mention that the runway will be closed until 16 August.

Does anyone know if the Tornados are still at Nörvenich in the week from 10/8-14/8?
Or are they back in Büchel?

If you read the NOTAMS it seems that Buchel will open up at Thursday August 13. Nörvenich seems to be closed according NOTAMS on Thursday morning till 1130Z. You might deduct from this that the Tornados will return from Nörvenich to Büchel on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.

TLG 31 announced that the EF will be nightflying Mo-Thu next week and the week thereafter. So no local flying in the morning.
