It seems that a an Isreali C130 is on the way to Germany. Near Venezia now.
Update: it landed at Nörvenich.

The reason for these "confusing" tracks is that code 738A01 is also being used by a Beech 200 (often doing border control flights). When they are both airborne and transmitting, well... you can imagine, it becomes messy.

And another C130 (IAF136) on the way to probably Nörvenich.
False alarm. It descends to Istrana airbase.
