And in the summer of 95 some 53 FS Eagles took over the former 32nd FS shelters and came over to practice with 5or 6 F-15's. They were very much welcome!

Wow Peter!! 6 A-10's ! Where were they parked an why did you not went over the fence to get closer? :wink: :wink:

Wow Peter!! 6 A-10's ! Where were they parked an why did you not went over the fence to get closer?
they were parked at the "middle east" close to the head of runway 27. If I remember there was some construction work going on at the visitors platform at that time. And over the fence......... :oops:

no sorry Rene, but I did post the one with two BT F15's and the two WR F16's earlier. That was in the same period.

Nice pics of the Hogs :)

Not sure if those are the same ones but late `80`s i was at home (Kapelweg in Amersfoort, hence in the landing of Soesty) and 5-6 A-10`s came in to land.

I set the world record for riding a bike from Amersfoort to Soesterberg that day :P
