Nederlands Transport Museum

Does somebody know if the Nederland Transport Museum in Nieuw Vennep can be visited already ? Internet doesn't provide much information.

EDIT (1): Found a facebook page with a chat option.
EDIT (2): Open as off April 28th 2018 (Adults EUR 7,50 and Children 5,00). Open during the Dutch holiday season until May 10th from 10 am - 5 pm --> after that every weekend same time slot.

They let me in 1 day prior to the opening :D , this is what they have:

In the near future (2-3 weeks) they will receive ex RAAF DC-2 A30-14 currently stored at Eindhoven Airport.

According Stichting AIRnieuws Nederland the ID of the B47 is now known.
De identiteit van de Bell 47G is ook bekend; volgens ons gaat het hier om de Bell H-13E-BF (vanaf 1962 aangeduid als OH-13E-BF) met c/n. 318 die onder meer bij de Arizona Army National Guard dienst heeft gedaan als 51-13742. Op 8 november 1951 werd de Bell afgeleverd aan de US Army op Fort Sill in Oklahoma. Momenteel (augustus 2018) is men bezig de helikopter te restaureren.

PBY-5 16-212 is now at the Transport museum in Nieuw Vennep. It arrived 27aug20 from Soesterberg.

Seen 28aug20 on display but under construction was D-EAGY Rallye MS.883 c/n 1365 previously at Hoogeveen. It arrived 25oct19 and will be put on display outside in Transport Museum colours.

Also on 28aug20 in the storage area not accessible for the public, was PH-AEZ Replica Fokker F.VII b-3m.
It was used in the new dutch TV series de Vliegende Hollander due on TV in october.

The Auster AOP.3 NX537 is no longer on display but also in the storage area in parts.

Het Nederlands Tranport Museum heeft op 17 & 18 juli een open dag van 10:00 tot 17:00. Toegang is dan gratis

De laatste aanwinst is een civiele Piper Super Cub.

Verder heeft men een leuke expositie over de serie "de vliegend hollanders"

Doe er je voordeel mee.
