On a fuel stop in Karaganda Friday 26/09/08, of the thirty or so Mig-25's based there, I noted the following:
10-red.
11-red.
12-red.
14-red.
22-red.
31-red.

I have not been able to identify these using my database, any help would be appreciated regards clive.

I think these are not MiG-25 you have seen but MiG-31 which are based here.

Indeed MiG 31. At google earth you can see how many they have........ I wish I would be lucky once....... I visit for almost 15 years, every year, Kazakhstan, but spotting is a very dangerous hobby overthere...... Be carefull!!!!
Semipalatinsk, also a lot of MiG's............
