There should be a change of command coming friday at the base. Unclear whether it's base-command or the unit.
Does anyone know if more than yesterday's reported can be expected, either today or tomorrow?

On ADSB I saw A.400M 54+17 going into Geilenkirchen some minutes ago, earlier today it seems that C-17A 08-8202 has also landed there.

Wonder whether they all stay till tomorrow, and what else is coming.

Between 10.00 and 10.30 local there were 4 KC-135s parked, two with a red stripe/rudder, one with what looked like an Arizona tailband and another.

Because of the heatwaves it was not possible to spot them. Anyone for the serials?

Maybe only three tankers: two OH and one TN tanker? There is another strange airframe there, the RAF Sentry ZH103, which is still at GK and probably will leave tomorrow.

Grtz,
