Do you have more information on this? It would be the first serial in the 5000 range that is not assigned to an F-35A (or F-35I) since FY 2009.

Re: F-35 Lightning II developments

The USAF database reports F-35A 16-5160 (AF-135) has been noted this month, wearing 15-5160. Does anyone know more about this? FY16 would mean it's a Lot 10 a/c. Was it moved to Lot 9 (FY15)?

First flight of the Italian F-35B Guilherme Wiltgen 24/10/2017 The first F-35B to Italy (BL-01 aircraft) today recorded its first flight from the Cameri base. The aircraft was not using any unit marks, so it's still unclear whether it will go to the Navy or the Air Force, the first option being the...

I am also "surprised" that the RAF ones are being build so slow..latest one is ZM144 (sofar only 9 build? Regards Frank There are currently 11 F-35Bs for the RAF, ZM135-ZM145. Re: F-35 Lightning II developments

VMFAT-501 has two F-35Bs, coded VM-23 and VM-28 . Does anyone know their BuNo? It then moved t...
