The 54th edition of the Paris Air Show has been cancelled because of the uncertainty linked to the COVID-19 health crisis.

The KLu will convert from the F-16 to the F-35 as from 2019.
I think that they will focus their resources on the F-35 rather than on the (aging) F-16 demo.

Back in the '80 en '90 there were usually two to three rehearsals. Nowadays there is only one rehearsal. (budget cuts)

I'm a bit confused now: is there an airshow during the weekend planned or is it just the three spottersdays during the week? (don't seem to find any information about an airshow).

I'm rather suprised that some of you call it 'waardeloos'. I was a nice event and enjoyed it very much. The organization was perfect. I came by train from Groningen, and I have never had such an easy trip from and to an airshow. The programme/static itself was not very 'exotic' but it was very enjoy...
