In de jaren 80 is heeft een Noorse F-16 op vliegbasis Soesterberg een "landing" gemaakt op zijn center tank. Wat was de exacte daum van deze landing? Ik lees namelijk verschillende data zoals. 10 august 1982, 14 augustus 1982 en zelfs oktober 1983.

Op de bijgesloten foto zetten een Eagle (79-0030) en twee NF-5s (K-3026-K- 3069) op 21 september 1984 de landing in op vliegbasis Eindhoven. Is dit tijdens een bijzondere gelegenheid?

Het nieuwsbericht zegt inderdaad drie Eagles. Maarja wat zijn de serials? In het scramble magazine kan ik ze niet vinden.

Wie heeft voor mij de serials van de Eagles die op 13 maart 1991 terug kwamen van de Golf op vliegbasis Soesterberg? Ik ben bezig met een boek over de geschiedenis van het 32ste en wil deze details graag opnemen in het boek.

Op 13 oktober 1993 vertrokken 5 Eagles van vliegbasis Soesterberg naar Otis ANGB. Nu heb ik "opgevangen" dat maar 4 van de 5 daar daadwerkelijk zijn geland die dag. I have the book. Like you said it is based on historical facts, but the serials aren't part of it.

Een 32nd Wolfhounds kist met een shark mouth kwam volgens mij niet zo (heel) vaak voor. Weet één van jullie wat de reden is dat deze Phantom (68-0443) er in 1972 van was voorzien?

Vraag me af of de Phantom die het MLM heeft verkregen nog een speciale 32nd serial zou moeten krijgen? In iedergeval niet de 68-0422, 68-0433, 69-0266 of 74-1051 lijkt mij want die zijn neergestort tijdens hun Wolfhounds periode. Wat is jullie idee/mening?
